Not sure which category applies? The same product can be Standard or Specialized depending on availability and sourcing complexity. For example, common HVAC filters are typically Standard, while an obsolete HVAC component requiring alternative supplier research may be Specialized. We confirm the category and fee with you before work begins. We do not provide engineering certification or approve technical substitutions.

Not at all. We're an additional sourcing resource. We can look beyond your usual suppliers when you need more options.
Do you guarantee the lowest price?+
No. We research and compare available options, but we don't promise the lowest price or guaranteed savings. Product fit, availability, lead time, and total cost all matter.
Who pays the supplier?+
You do. Your organization pays the approved supplier directly. We don't hold purchasing funds or resell the goods in our initial service model.
Will you place an order without our approval?+
No. You review and approve the supplier, product, total cost, and our disclosed fee before any order is coordinated.
What does the service cost?+
We offer Standard Sourcing for straightforward requests and Specialized Sourcing for more complex needs. Both have illustrative calculators, but final fees are quoted and approved upfront. Compare both calculators.
